Therefore, we have a team of technicians, highly trained in the latest technologies, that offers non-stop, specialized and integral support at workstations (PCs, peripheral devices and printers), plus servers and networks to companies with great capillarity all over the country.

You will apply your internal company policies in all your branches if you have a homogeneous technical support service at a national level. You will be able to do this if your IT solutions supplier has his own staff all over the country, a staff capable of answering your requests from the very beginning till the very end, when it offers solutions to such requests. This staff will do a complete follow-up and will answer in each stage, always focusing on end-user assistance, that is to say, on the branches assistance.

Our History

Ecorp was founded in 1999 by a group of young IT professionals with the purpose of offering technological services based on a strategic vision of the clients businesses and on the use of technology to improve communication and make day-to-day operations easier.

In 2007 Ecorp experienced an important growth by launching its technical support service, called NWTS, with its own staff all over the country. By communicating the company values to all provinces, we managed to provide total coverage to companies with branches all over the country.

In 2012 we offered coverage to 1000 branches, we secured support units and we strengthened our national network, which ranges from points of sale to offices for insurance companies and finance companies.

At present, we continue to add branches, while focused on expanding our service portfolio to offer solutions to any problems the branches may have.
